The taste

Nose Sweet, smoky, and salty, reminiscent of honey-glazed dry cured meats, followed by fresh mango, apricot, and banana highlighted with zesty lime and rich vanilla custard. Taste Initial sweet honey and vanilla develops into a warming white pepper and dried ginger spiciness. Tropical fruits add a delicious juicy character to the smoky edge. Finish Long and smoky with subtle spices and lingering bonfire embers.
