Single Cask Selection

Since 1895 Gordon & MacPhail has fine-tuned its knowledge by matching spirit from over 100 Scottish distilleries to casks made to our exact specifications. This understanding has been refined and handed down over four generations. It has enabled Gordon & MacPhail to mature some of the world’s finest and rarest single malt Scotch whiskies in the world. In the Single Cask Selection tasting, visitors discover some of the secrets in the art of whisky maturation while enjoying five beautifully complex drams from unique single cask bottlings.
Vintage and Rare

Leaving a cask to reach its full potential, undeterred by demand of necessity, is a long held, unnegotiable Gordon & MacPhail mantra. We only release a whisky when a century of experience determines it is right to do so. In this tasting you will savour a selection of our most exclusive whiskies aged for a minimum of 20 years, each an exquisite chapter of Scotland’s liquid history.
Private Collection Experience

Gordon & MacPhail has worked with over 100 Scottish distilleries, matching their spirit with our own casks made to our specifications. Although the majority are still in production, some of these distilleries have now closed or have remained silent for a period of time. This whisky tasting gives you the chance to try some truly lost masterpieces, rare releases from a selection of closed distilleries coupled with some greatly aged expressions from distilleries that remain open to this day.
The Legacy Experience
