Nose
HONEYCOMB and sweet RED APPLE give way to tart GRAPEFRUIT ZEST. VANILLA and LEMON PEEL lead to undertones of GORSE FLOWER.
Taste
MANGO and PINEAPPLE flavours are balanced by soft BLACK PEPPER. CRYSTALLISED VIOLETS develop alongside MIXED NUTS and MARSHMALLOW.
Finish
Medium-bodied and long with lingering TROPICAL FRUIT and charred OAK.
