Each Connoisseurs Choice whisky’s story is told through its label: cask type, bottling date, strength, vintage and tasting note.
Always non‐chill‐filtered, these rare single cask and small batch expressions have been created by Gordon & MacPhail’s unique expertise in matching spirit to oak casks, handed down through four generations of the same family.
Nose
Sweet VANILLA BEAN aromas lead to PEACH PIE, LEMON and subtle LYCHEE. Warm SPICES develop alongside TOASTED MALT.
Taste
Smooth and creamy with BAKED APPLE flavours with hints of SPICY ANISEED and CLEMENTINE giving way to subtle MATURE OAK.
Finish
Medium in length with lingering hints of sweet MENTHOL LIQUORICE.
