Ripe PINEAPPLE combines with QUINCE and subtle SEVILLE ORANGE. SALTED LEMONS come to the fore alongside HONEYSUCKLE and CHARRED OAK.
Taste
Sweet HONEY leads to tart GRAPEFRUIT and BLACK PEPPER. TROPICAL FRUIT complements TOASTED ALMONDS and gives way to CHILLI SPICE.
Finish
Full and slightly HERBAL with SPICED TANGERINE.
