Nose

SHERRY aromas complement GINGER SPICE and FRUITCAKE. STEWED APPLE notes develop accompanied by DEMERARA SUGAR and candied LEMON PEEL.

Taste

RASPBERRY and BLACKCURRANT flavours combine with toasted HAZELNUTS. COCOA POWDER comes to the fore alongside SULTANAS and subtle GRAPEFRUIT.

Finish

A long finish with MIXED NUTS and RED BERRIES.
