FESTIVE SPICE and MEDJOOL DATES lead to TOFFEE APPLES. PLUMS and TREACLE TOFFEE combine with TOASTED ALMONDS.
Taste
STEWED FRUIT and subtle WHITE PEPPER give way to a light hint of SMOKE. MORELLO CHERRIES and SULTANAS develop with TOASTED OAK.
Finish
A medium-bodied and SPICY finish with lingering tart RASPBERRIES and MIXED NUTS.
