Nose
CURED MEAT aromas are balanced by ripe GREEN APPLES and COCOA POWDER. FRUITCAKE notes develop with HAZELNUTS and AUTUMNAL SPICE.
Taste
STEWED FRUIT and HONEYCOMB give way to rich CINNAMON. CRACKED BLACK PEPPER comes to the fore alongside MALTED BISCUIT and sweet SMOKE.
Finish
A full finish with DARK CHOCOLATE, TOASTED OAK and BONFIRE EMBERS.
