Created in 1968 by whisky visionary, George Urquhart, over the years this range has featured single malts from almost 100 Scottish distilleries. Comprising more than 2,000 individual bottlings, each Connoisseurs Choice tells its life story through its label: cask type, bottling date, strength, vintage and tasting note.
Nose
POACHED PEARS and BANANA combine with subtle LEMON CHEESECAKE. VANILLA POD comes to the fore alongside a hint of MILK CHOCOLATE and COCONUT.
Taste
ORANGE PEEL and HONEY flavours give way to COCOA POWDER. GRAPEFRUIT notes develop accompanied by LEMON ZEST and soft CRACKED BLACK PEPPER.
Finish
A medium-bodied finish with lingering FRUIT, SPICE and TOASTED OAK.
