Nose
Sweet aromas of malted CEREAL and salted LEMON. Cooked APPLES develop alongside CHOCOLATE covered RAISINS.
Taste
Stewed RED BERRIES; RASPBERRIES and BLACKCURRANT flavours. Cracked BLACK PEPPER comes to the fore with soft notes of SMOKE and charred OAK.
Finish
A medium-bodied finish with lingering sweet SMOKE.
