Nose
SHERRY aromas intertwine with WARM SPICES, STEWED FRUITS and RAISIN. MILK CHOCOLATE and ROASTED NUTS develop.
Taste
Smooth yet SPICY; initial rich SEVILLE ORANGE flavours followed by SPICED STEWED PLUMS. Hints of RASPBERRY and BLACKCURRANT give way to charred OAK.
Finish
Medium-bodied, SPICY finish with charred OAK and SUMMER BERRIES.
