Nose
LEMON and LIME ZEST give way to BONFIRE EMBERS and soft VANILLA notes. Fresh tropical fruit aromas comes to the fore; PINEAPPLE, CANTALOPE MELON and ripened BANANA.
Taste
Fresh and light; APPLE and PEAR flavours accompany a slight touch of SMOKE. A hint of fresh-cut GRASS develops alongside a subtle edge of VANILLA POD and TOASTED OAK.
Finish
Medium-bodied with hints of creamy WALNUT and a wisp of SMOKE.
