Nose
SMOKED MEAT and FRUITCAKE aromas give way to rich BLACKCURRANT SORBET. AGED LEATHER notes develop alongside LEMON ZEST and a subtle hint of VANILLA CUSTARD.
Taste
BLOOD ORANGE and deep DARK CHOCOLATE notes complement ROASTED COFFEE flavours. A hint of BEESWAX POLISH develops accompanied by MIXED NUTS.
Finish
Medium-bodied with soft SMOKE and MAPLE CURED BACON notes linger on the finish.
