Nose
Rich STEWED FRUITS combine with ripe RED APPLE and subtle SMOKED HONEY- ROAST HAM. FRUITCAKE notes develop alongside soft MARZIPAN and BONFIRE EMBERS.
Taste
Spicy; cracked BLACK PEPPER gives way to ORANGE PEEL and subtle OAK. DARK CHOCOLATE flavours complement sweet TOBACCO and a hint of SMOKED FISH.
Finish
Medium-bodied with subtle BLACK PEPPER and a wisp of SMOKE on the finish.
