Nose
Soft smoke aromas are accompanied by cured meat and subtle ginger spice. Sweet orange marmalade develops alongside gentle vanilla and a hint of brazil nut.
Taste
Smooth and light golden syrup complements ripe green apple and intense malted biscuit. An undertone of cocoa powder develops, leading to a sweet toffee edge.
Finish
Long, lingering smoke with dark chocolate and zesty lemon.
