Nose
Sweet; stewed red fruits combine with warming ginger spice and a hint of creamy vanilla. Aromas of black cherries develop alongside rich treacle toffee with an undertone of malted biscuit.
Taste
Smooth and sweet honey flavours complement dark toffee and a hint of roasted coffee bean. An undertone of passion fruit comes to the fore alongside ripe pear with a light violet edge.
Finish
Medium finish with a gentle spice and lingering hazelnut.
