Nose
Sweet lemon sherbet initially, combining with sharp lime and rich vanilla aromas. Ripe green apple notes develop alongside fresh hay with a slight edge of desiccated coconut.
Taste
Sweet, intense candied apple and pear flavours lead to malted cereal with a hint of banana. Smooth toffee develops and leads to dark honey with subtle cracked black pepper.
Finish
A light finish with fresh citrus notes and traces of roasted almond.
