Nose
Wisps of smoke give way to reveal ripe apple with floral notes reminiscent of heather. An undertone of toffee develops with hints of juicy honeydew melon and creamy milk chocolate.
Taste
Dried fruit flavours combine with cured meats and give way to a soft toffee sweetness. Gentle nuances of smoke come to the fore, accompanied by tart orange peel and a hint of warming aniseed.
Finish
Medium-bodied with lingering smoke, clove spice and honey.
