Nose
Intense sherry aromas lead to juicy plum and dried prunes. Dark chocolate and mouth-warming white pepper complements light notes of lavender, evolving into fruitcake with an undertone of blackcurrant.
Taste
Smooth and spicy; plump sultanas with a hint of dried tobacco. Creamy caramelized banana flavours develop and lead to sweet fudge with bursts of zesty citrus fruit.
Finish
Medium - bodied and sweet; stewed fruit and dry oak linger on the finish.
