Nose
Bonfire embers combine with autumnal spice and cured ham. An undertone of blackcurrant leads to subtle leather aromas with lingering brown sugar sweetness.
Taste
Smooth; smoke flavours complement honey-glazed ham and sherry soaked fruit. Creamy black pepper spice develops alongside velvety salted caramel.
Finish
Medium bodied; golden syrup and stewed pear with a subtle smoky finish.
