Nose
Soft smoky aromas give way to sweet vanilla with bursts of grapefruit. Hints of coconut develop alongside rich cured meat, transforming into toasted walnuts.
Taste
Mouth-warming spice leads to creamy toffee and malted cereal. Sweet dried fruit flavours develop alongside maple-cured bacon with a subtle hint of smoke.
Finish
Gentle wisps of smoke, complemented by tart citrus fruit lingers on the finish.
