Nose
Gentle soft smoke aromas initially with subtle sweet citrus fruits and red apple. Undertones of vanilla and toffee develop with a light floral hint.
Taste
Soft with a slight spice on the palate leading to lingering rich smoke alongside sweet citrus flavours. Cured meat and peanut undertones form and lead to a hint of aniseed.
Finish
Medium and lingering finish with light smoke and oak.
