Nose
Fragrant floral notes come to the fore with fresh herbs and creamy toffee. Subtle and sweet; vanilla aromas develop alongside mature oak with a hint of white pepper.
Taste
Creamy vanilla cheesecake flavours with tangy bursts of tart orange peel. A hint of toasted oak develops alongside delicate lavender with an undertone of mouth-warming chilli.
Finish
Medium-bodied; sweet lingering notes of malted cereals.
