Nose
Sweet and light floral aromas with apple blossom lead to malted barley. Pear and lime combines with soft vanilla fudge. Chocolate and traces of fresh pine develop together.
Taste
Sweet floral notes with black pepper and green apple evolve into flavours of creamy keylime pie. Hints of aniseed develop with an undertone of ripe banana and toasted oak.
Finish
Light bodied; liquorice and toffee combine on the finish.
