Nose
Rich vanilla and strawberry aromas initially leading to undertones of elderflower and caramelised oranges with a hint of lemon. Sweet and oily citrus fruits complement toasted oak and a touch of cinnamon.
Taste
Thick and creamy white pepper initially, with undertones of sweet grapefruit and lemon. Mellow chilli and banana develop and contribute a sweet spice.
Finish
Medium bodied with lingering citrus notes.
