Nose
Rich sherry aromas form sweet notes of stewed fruit, citrus fruits and ripe apple. A floral note develops and leads to subtle undertones of toffee, brown sugar, followed by cracked black pepper and coriander.
Taste
Sweet and gently spicy with hints of banana, toffee and apple. Dried fruit and liquorice complement a subtle hint of vanilla with a soft undertone of toasted oak.
Finish
Lingering finish of toffee and a hint of spice.
