Nose
Soft smoky aromas with stewed apple initially. Sea salt and dried herbs develop and combine with a floral lightness. Toffee apple notes subtly perservere beneath bonfire ash and all spice.
Taste
Smoke-cured meat with a hint of chilli and lemon zest. Bonfire embers combine with black pepper and a soft undertone of red berries. A hint of dark chocolate develops.
Finish
Long and lingering; light bonfire smoke with a creamy spice.
