Nose
Sherry influences followed by cocoa powder dusted chocolate truffle aromas. Sweet spices - cinnamon and clove lead to zesty tangerine notes. Morello cherries and stewed plum notes develop.
Taste
Smooth; dark chocolate coated seville orange pieces followed by chilli spice. Stewed red fruits - raspberry, plum, and cherry evolve giving way to underlying smoke and bonfire ash influences.
Finish
Medium-bodied; slightly drying and long lasting with baked fruits, subtle smoke, and hint of liquorice.
