Nose
Smoke-cured meat aromas with sweet vanilla. Lemon zest complements sherry influences leading to red fruit with toasted malt.
Taste
Smooth and creamy; stewed raspberry, plum and strawberry with an underlying orange peel and chocolate edge. Subtle liquorice notes are complemented by rich peat smoke flavours.
Finish
Medium-bodied; lingering nuances of smouldering embers on the finish.
