Nose
Fresh stem ginger aromas intertwine with rapeseed oil. Hints of highland fudge follow evolving into creamy vanilla, candied pear, lemon sherbet, and watermelon.
Taste
Mouth-warming chilli spice entwines with fragrant pear and citrus zest. Intense flavours of dark chocolate covered candied lime segments dusted with cacao powder emerge with time.
Finish
Slightly drying; pink grapefruit leads into ripe banana.
