Nose
Intense sweet vanilla aromas with pressed green apple. Fragrant fruits - pear and elderflower develop with a touch of zesty lime juice. Subtle coconut notes appear alongside cloudy apple juice notes.
Taste
Creamy and sweet; pepper rises to the fore whilst fresh peaches, apricot, apple, and pear complement vanilla flavours. Oak spices linger with a delicate floral edge.
Finish
Medium bodied, floral with sweet lingering spice.
