Nose
Silky white chocolate and creamy vanilla swirled with strawberry jam. Crisp green apple aromas sit alongside fizzy lemon sherbet and pear drops with subtle hints of linseed oil.
Taste
Soft and rounded. A scattering of warming white pepper working in harmony with sweet toffee flavours. Thick apricot jam and juicy peach notes complement warm butter pastry.
Finish
Refined with oily notes.
