Nose
Sweet; vanilla, lemon, tangerine, and ripe pears. Toasted malt evolves into charred oak with delicate floral aromas - lavender and violet, providing a heady perfumed element.
Taste
Creamy white chocolate with citrus peel. Rich flavours of violets and lavender develop then give way to ripe tropical fruits - kiwi and banana, with a slightly nutty edge.
Finish
Sweet and lingering with hints of pepper.
