Nose
Sweet toasted cereal aromas complement rich caramelised banana and lemon peel. Green apple comes to the fore with a touch of vanilla and subtle wisps of smoke.
Taste
Fresh melon, banana, and apple flavours evolve into black pepper and hints of juicy pear. Charred oak and peat smoke combine with a trace of sea salt.
Finish
Citrus with a sea salt edge combines with plenty of peat smoke for a lingering finish.
