Nose
Sweet, thick set honey drizzled over flambéed banana. Aromas of poached pear with winter spices - ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg evolve into top notes of rose petals.
Taste
Sichuan pepper spice is complemented by zesty lemon. Salted dark chocolate flavours with touches of creamy butterscotch leads to juicy red apples with nuances of aniseed.
Finish
Medium; charred oak lingers on the finish.
