Nose
Vanilla, dry smoke cured meats, and hints of warm fudge aromas lead into stewed fruits. Notes of fresh pear develop and lead to charred oak with hints of liquorice.
Taste
Mouth-warming chilli flavours lead to mature oak with subtle ripe fruit. Sea salt tones brings balance to smoky ash influences.
Finish
Long and drying with smouldering bonfire embers.
