Nose
Bitter orange peel with traces of damp salty driftwood. Hints of smoked cured-meats complement aromas of stewed fruits with sweet tobacco notes.
Taste
Salted caramel, roasted nuts, and stewed fruits flavours develop. With time, prune, fig, and sticky dates come to the fore. Dark chocolate and chilli combine with bonfire ashes.
Finish
Long; slightly drying and smoky with elements of cured bacon.
