Nose
Sherry aromas come together in balance with sticky toffee apple and candied orange. Stewed prunes, sultanas and dates in perfect harmony with woody and leather nuances.
Taste
Rich and mouth-coating. Candied orange, lemon peel, dark chocolate, and treacle. Red apple flavours complement notes of hazelnut and walnut with fresh baked panet tone flavours.
Finish
Drying nutty tones on the finish with lingering citrus highlights.
