Nose
Creamy yet tangy; lemon curd with vanilla ice cream and fizzy sherbet, followed by refreshing spearmint aromas with complementing malt undertones.
Taste
Well-rounded; white pepper then thick set vanilla custard with candied lemon and limes, leading to flavours of pink grapefruit and leafy hedgerow.
Finish
Charred oak remains on the finish, paired with fresh lemon.
