Nose
Honey-smoked ham with crisp green apple and salted lemon aromas. Sweet vanilla notes with a touch of oak come to the fore.
Taste
Creamy initially followed by mouth-warming chilli spice. Ripe banana and peach flavours combine with toasted malt and fresh vanilla.
Finish
Lingering; campfire ash with a sea salt edge.
