Nose
Sweet honey-roasted meats with highlights of muscovado sugar and soft vanilla. Touches of smoke sit gently in the background while peach and apricot jam bring a fruity lift.
Taste
Rounded; oily initially with notes of pepper. A subtle smokiness develops and transforms into vanilla cream and warm fruit crumble.
Finish
Long and juicy with a lingering smokiness.
