Nose
Sweet; lemon sherbet candies, sugared violets, and pear drops evolve into aromas of soft vanilla, butterscotch, apple pie, and warm butter pastry.
Taste
Smooth and creamy; toffee apple and crème brûlée flavours come to the fore. Flambéed bananas complement dark chocolate truffles dusted in cacao powder and crushed toasted almond.
Finish
A fruity edge lingers along with charred oak notes.
