The taste

Nose Vanilla and ripe banana aromas add a touch of sweetness to peat-smoked bacon notes. Flashes of zesty lemon peel adds freshness; a subtle herbal edge remains . Taste Creamy and sweet; a chilli flake heat joins hints of pineapple. Flavours of honey-cured meat develop and unfold into nuances of candied tropical fruit. Finish Smouldering bonfire ember notes fade into charred oak with ashy undertones.
