The taste

Nose Fresh and fruity. Aromas of thick vanilla custard and stewed green apple lead to velvety white chocolate. Hints of elderflower give a subtle floral edge. Taste Initial cracked black pepper mellows and reveals flavours of poached pear dusted in cocoa powder. Lively citrus notes bring contrast to the sweet baked apple undertones. Finish Nuances of fresh ginger linger.
