The taste
Nose Sweet initially with stewed plum, sultana, and demerara sugar. Herbal notes develop and mature into aromas of pine needles and sage. Ground almond and cocoa powder notes add a layered depth. Taste Flavours of a fruit and nut chocolate bar mix with those of rum and raisin ice cream. Hints of dark chocolate develop; sweet and tangy stewed rhubarb highlights remain. Finish Sherry influences linger; fresh peppermint adds complexity.
