The taste
Nose Gentle butterscotch and toffee apple aromas combine with creamy ripe banana and grilled pineapple. nuances of peat smoke pair with slightly woody notes. Taste Initially creamy and sweet; fruit flavours come to the fore – pear and sugared red apple – before the slightly drying influences of fresh pink grapefruit develop. Traces of peat remain. Finish Bitter yet satisfying notes of cacao bean and freshly ground, roasted coffee linger.
