The taste
Nose Waxy lemon combines with creamy vanilla initially. Elderflower notes emerge and mix with aromas of a mature hedgerow: wild blackberry and elderberry with woody undertones. Taste Flavours of a soft-centred chocolate truffle dusted with cocoa powder weave with ripe banana and grapefruit highlights. Rounded fresh-ground coffee notes nestle in the background. Finish A perfect late summer dram with delicate nutty notes.
