Nose Honey-cured bacon aromas combine with lemongrass. toasted malt transforms into sweet toffee and creamy vanilla. Subtle undertones of dried hay add depth. Taste Initial campfire notes infuse with honeycomb, toffee apple, and sweet smoked meat flavours. candied lemon peel notes evolve; warming white pepper remains throughout. Finish Swirling peat smoke notes linger and mature into smouldering bonfire embers.
