Nose Honey-cured meat glazed with caramelised brown sugar infuses with toffee apple. With time, grassy aromas develop and open into heather blossom with a slight herbal edge. Taste A perfect balance of sweet and savoury. White pepper leads into flavours of creamy vanilla and sugared red apples; grassy undertones remain. Finish Fruity notes harmonise with lingering smoky notes.
