Nose Complex; zesty lime and crushed ginger biscuit aromas layered with pressed green apple. Fresh herbal notes are balanced by a nuanced resinous edge. Taste Bursts of ripe tropical fruit open into flavours of warm banana fritters with a drizzle of golden syrup. A gentle herbal edge with hints of white pepper develops. Finish Long and multi-layered. Dark chocolate and oak linger.
